Description: The Preludio x Robb Report Festive Box is filled with only the best products from around the world, handpicked by chef Fernando Arévalo and team. Including a selection of Preludio’s signature favourites, items range from soft rye bread with smoked butter and amaretto-glazed chicken liver pâté to chorizo, seasonal cheeses and more.

The package includes:

    • Preludio's signature rye bread with smoked butter
    • The chicken liver pâté is house-made, marinated in wine and glazed with amaretto, then made into a sweet pâté, paired with pearls of cherry and earthy black truffle
    • The Jamón Ibérico, aged for 36 months, is the highest quality cured meat from Torreón – a 3 generation producer of iberico ham from Salamanca, Spain.
    • The chorizo is also from Torreón, made of iberico meat with smoked paprika.
    • All our 3 seasonal cheeses are from Maison Janier, a 5-generation family-owned cheese manufacturer from Lyon, France. They source the best cheese and age the cheese in their caves.
      • Tomme de Savoie is mild and creamy cow cheese – fruity and nutty, but it's also a robust cheese with overtones of salt and an unmistakably raw flavor.
      • Tommette de gran causse is an uncooked pressed farm sheep cheese, with a beautiful natural rind, matured for 3 months. Pitchounet is made in an ancestral way, with the greatest respect for the cheese traditions, guaranteeing its character and authenticity. The manufacturing process based on raw milk allows it to preserve the original flora contained in the milk, which enhances the fragrance of the many plants, herbs, flowers and bushes present on the Grands Causses and which the ewes eat throughout the year.
      • Chabichou (also known as Chabichou du Poitou) is a traditional semi-soft, unpasteurized, natural-rind French goat cheese (or Fromage de Chèvre) with a firm and creamy texture. Chabichou is formed in a cylindrical shape which is called a "bonde", per the shape of the bunghole of a gun barrel, and is aged for 10 to 20 days. It is the only goat cheese that is soft ripened allowed by Protected Designation of Origin regulations to be produced using pasteurized milk. Chabichou is very white and smooth, and flexible to the palate, with a fine caprine odor.
    • Balsamic Raspberry Jam is a unique preserve made of raspberries infused with balsamic vinegar
    • Spiced Chocolate is made from Valrhona Guanaja 70% cacao, with toasted sesame nougatine, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper.
    • Fresh seasonal fruits are usually sourced fresh from Japan or South Korea (likely grapes or persimmon) or pear from France.
